The CFT implementation team created and implemented the function of loading payments for medical services to the Claim Center system. Presently payments are automatically assigned to a specific claim and claimant including the verification of whether the given payment can be processed fully automatically or it must undergo the process of manual acceptance. At the same time we implemented automatic settlement with the supplier through generating appropriate payments on the basis of processed settlements. The implemented solution allowed the customer to optimise costs resulting from employing an external supplier and integration between systems for the settlement of medical services. At the same time, there was an improvement in the standard of claimant handling and speeding up settlements between the insurance company and the hospital, doctor or pharmacy without the participation of the claimant. More effective process control led to a decrease in medical bills thanks to faultless qualification and assignment of receipts to claimants in the system and shortening the time of claim handling. Duplicate receipts for medical services were completely removed from the process.
