The CFT team designed and implemented a system which, on the basis of a file provided by the supplier, automatically registered complaints in the system, calculated the payment of damages and closed the claim. The need for manual handling claims regarding car windows was eliminated, and the handling of low value claims was delegated to an external supplier. Outsourcing and full integration of systems allowed for a significant decrease in the cost of handling low value claims.
