The CFT implementation team designed a tool for communicating with the service of the central claim base. The information about opening a claim in the system is automatically send to a dedicated service, and if similar claims are found from other insurers, the answer is processed automatically. The implemented solution significantly decreased fraud levels and simplified customer service processes.
