During years 2010-2015 CFT provided customers with a dedicated support team of max. 30 persons distributed among 8 customer locations. The support included claims regarding computer hardware, operating systems and dedicated (customer's internal) applications.
During the 5 years of the contract:
- 60,000 registered and handled claims annually,
- 50,000 received phone calls annually (receivability at 85%),
- 2,500 workstations and notebooks
- over 5,000 users
- 200 supported applications
Additionally, during cooperation CFT executed the following projects
- migration of workstations to the new version of Windows
- preparing reports from main sales and back office systems
- supporting Windows administrators (migration of Exchange and Data Center)
- implementing IT Asset Management system
- print shop management
