A team of CFT consultants developed and implemented a set of rules in the system for assigning new claims to appropriate employee groups on the basis of data collected during registration, including information regarding policy type, claim type (e.g. bodily harm or property damage to car, house, damage location, damage size, express or complex path). On the basis of collected information, the opened claim reports are directed to the appropriate people who will handle them. The rules system used improved the efficiency of the claim handling department and service of insured persons by shortening the time from registration to the start of handling the claim.
